How do I place an order?
Ordering your custom phone case is easy!
- Select your phone model from our supported devices
- Choose a design from our gallery or create your own
- Customize with text, images, or colors
- Preview your design from all angles
- Add to cart and proceed to secure checkout
You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately with tracking information once your case ships.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, your custom case enters production and cannot be changed. This quick turnaround ensures you receive your case as soon as possible. Contact support@phonewarehouse.com immediately if you need to make changes.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods through our secure Stripe checkout:

All payments are encrypted and we never store your card information.
Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

Design & Customization
How do I create a custom design?
Our design tool makes it easy to create your perfect case:
- Start with a template or blank canvas
- Upload your photos (JPG, PNG, SVG)
- Add text with various fonts and colors
- Use our library of graphics and patterns
- Arrange elements with drag-and-drop
- Preview in 3D before ordering
Save your designs to your account to edit later or reorder!
What are the image requirements?
For the best print quality:
- Resolution: Minimum 300 DPI (dots per inch)
- Size: At least 1500 x 3000 pixels
- Format: JPG, PNG, or SVG files
- File size: Maximum 10MB per image
Higher resolution images will produce sharper, more vibrant prints on your case.
Can I use copyrighted images?
You must have the rights to use any images you upload. This means:
- Personal photos you've taken
- Images you've created
- Royalty-free or licensed images you have permission to use
- Public domain images
We cannot print copyrighted material including logos, brand names, or celebrity images without proper authorization.
Will my design look exactly like the preview?
We strive for accuracy, but please note:
- Colors may vary slightly due to screen differences
- Design elements near edges may wrap around the case
- Camera and button cutouts will interrupt the design
- Texture of the case material may affect appearance
Our 3D preview tool gives you the most accurate representation possible.
Shipping & Delivery
How long will it take to receive my case?
Total delivery time includes production and shipping:
- Production: 3-5 business days for custom designs
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Rush Orders: Next day (stock designs only)
So standard orders typically arrive in 8-12 business days total.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates depend on your order total:
- Orders under $40: $5.95
- Orders $40-$74: $3.95
- Orders $75+: FREE standard shipping
Express shipping is available for $14.95 on all orders.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We're working on expanding internationally - join our newsletter to be notified when we launch in your country!
How do I track my order?
We'll keep you updated every step of the way:
- Order confirmation email immediately after purchase
- Production started notification
- Quality check completed
- Shipped email with tracking number
- Delivery confirmation

Returns & Quality
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day quality guarantee. We accept returns for:
- Defective or damaged cases
- Print quality issues
- Wrong phone model delivered
- Errors made by us in production
Note: Custom designs are final sale unless defective, as each case is made specifically for you.
How do I return a defective case?
- Email returns@phonewarehouse.com with your order number
- Include photos showing the issue
- We'll send a prepaid return label
- Ship the case back to us
- Receive replacement or refund in 3-5 days
We cover all shipping costs for defective items.
What if I ordered the wrong phone model?
If you selected the wrong model, contact us within 2 hours to cancel. Once production starts, we cannot change the order. However, we offer a one-time 50% discount on a replacement order if you made an honest mistake. Always double-check your phone model before ordering!
What quality issues are covered?
We'll replace or refund cases with:
- Blurry or misaligned prints
- Significant color differences from preview
- Peeling or bubbling prints
- Cracks or defects in the case material
- Improper fit for your phone model
Normal wear and tear or damage from drops is not covered.
