You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately with tracking information once your case ships.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, your custom case enters production and cannot be changed. This quick turnaround ensures you receive your case as soon as possible. Contact support@phonewarehouse.com immediately if you need to make changes.

For the best print quality:

• Resolution: Minimum 300 DPI (dots per inch)
• Size: At least 1500 x 3000 pixels
• Format: JPG, PNG, or SVG files
• File size: Maximum 10MB per image

Higher resolution images will produce sharper, more vibrant prints on your case.

You must have the rights to use any images you upload. This means:

• Personal photos you've taken
• Images you've created
• Royalty-free or licensed images you have permission to use
• Public domain images

We cannot print copyrighted material including logos, brand names, or celebrity images without proper authorization.

We strive for accuracy, but please note:

• Colors may vary slightly due to screen differences
• Design elements near edges may wrap around the case
• Camera and button cutouts will interrupt the design
• Texture of the case material may affect appearance

Our 3D preview tool gives you the most accurate representation possible.

Total delivery time includes production and shipping:

• Production: 3-5 business days for custom designs
• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
• Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
• Rush Orders: Next day (stock designs only)

So standard orders typically arrive in 8-12 business days total.

Shipping rates depend on your order total:

• Orders under $40: $5.95
• Orders $40-$74: $3.95
• Orders $75+: FREE standard shipping

Express shipping is available for $14.95 on all orders.

Currently, we only ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We're working on expanding internationally - join our newsletter to be notified when we launch in your country!

We offer a 30-day quality guarantee. We accept returns for:

• Defective or damaged cases
• Print quality issues
• Wrong phone model delivered
• Errors made by us in production

Note: Custom designs are final sale unless defective, as each case is made specifically for you.

2. Include photos showing the issue
3. We'll send a prepaid return label
4. Ship the case back to us
5. Receive replacement or refund in 3-5 days

We cover all shipping costs for defective items.

If you selected the wrong model, contact us within 2 hours to cancel. Once production starts, we cannot change the order. However, we offer a one-time 50% discount on a replacement order if you made an honest mistake. Always double-check your phone model before ordering!

We'll replace or refund cases with:

• Blurry or misaligned prints
• Significant color differences from preview
• Peeling or bubbling prints
• Cracks or defects in the case material
• Improper fit for your phone model

Normal wear and tear or damage from drops is not covered.
