4. Custom Designs and Intellectual Property

Your Designs

When you upload custom designs or create personalized phone cases, you retain ownership of your original content. By submitting designs to Phone Wearhouse, you grant us a limited license to use your content solely for the purpose of producing and delivering your order.

Design Guidelines

You warrant that any designs you submit:

Are your original work or you have permission to use them
Do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
Do not contain offensive, defamatory, or illegal content
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

We reserve the right to refuse any design that violates these guidelines.

5. Orders and Payment

Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

Payment Terms

Payment must be received by us prior to acceptance of an order. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed on our website through our secure payment processor, Stripe. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery terms are provided at checkout and in our Shipping Information page. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our control.

Custom phone cases typically require 3-5 business days for production before shipping.

7. Returns and Refunds

Our return and refund policy is detailed on our Return Policy page. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms of our return policy. Please note that custom-designed phone cases may have different return restrictions.

The Phone Wearhouse name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Phone Wearhouse. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.

11. Product Warranty and Limitation of Liability

Limited Warranty

Phone Wearhouse warrants that our phone cases will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, or custom designs.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Phone Wearhouse, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the website or services.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Phone Wearhouse and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) resulting from your use of the website or violation of these Terms.
