At Phone Wearhouse, we're confident in the quality of our custom phone cases. We offer a 30-day quality guarantee on all products. If your case doesn't meet your expectations or has any defects, we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.
Return Eligibility
✅ Eligible for Return:
- Defective or damaged phone cases
- Cases that don't fit your phone model correctly
- Print quality issues or color discrepancies
- Wrong design or incorrect order received
- Items returned within 30 days of delivery
❌ Not Eligible for Return:
- Custom designs with customer-provided images/text (unless defective)
- Cases showing signs of wear and tear from normal use
- Items returned after 30 days
- Cases damaged due to customer misuse
- Design approval errors (customer approved incorrect design)
How to Return
Contact Us
Email returns@phonewarehouse.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll respond within 24 hours.
Get RMA Number
We'll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and prepaid shipping label for defective items.
Ship Back
Pack the case securely with the RMA number visible and drop off at any shipping location.
Get Resolution
Choose between a replacement case or full refund. We'll process within 3-5 business days of receipt.
Custom Design Policy
Important: Custom Designs Are Final Sale
Phone cases with custom designs, photos, or personalized text are made specifically for you and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please carefully review your design before approving your order.

- Review the design preview from all angles
Refund Information
Original Payment Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days.
Processing Time
We process refunds within 3-5 business days after receiving and inspecting your return.
Shipping Costs
We cover return shipping for defective items. Original shipping costs are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
Exchanges
Need a different phone model or want to update your design? We're happy to help! While we don't offer direct exchanges, we can expedite a new order for you with a special discount code. Contact our support team to arrange this.
Quality Issues
Print Quality
If your design appears blurry, misaligned, or colors are significantly different, we'll reprint or refund immediately.
Fit Issues
Case doesn't fit your phone properly? We'll send the correct size at no charge or provide a full refund.
Durability
Cases that crack, peel, or break within 30 days under normal use are covered by our quality guarantee.
Bulk Orders
Ordering 10 or more cases? Special return policies apply to bulk orders. Please contact our business team at bulk@phonewarehouse.com for specific terms and conditions for large orders.
International Returns
Currently, we only accept returns from U.S. addresses. International customers should contact support@phonewarehouse.com for assistance with quality issues.
